This is for the people who really have no time (like me). Just unscrew the top and squeeze it into your mouth.
A quick check of the nutritional information shows that it contains pretty much everything your body needs, however if you're looking for a meal replacement forget it. After an hour I'm starving. Remember the stuff they were eating in the first Matrix? This is what it would have been. There are various brands out there, but I usually go for this one because it has more protein than the others. At 6 grams compared to an average of 4 grams (not enough protein for a sparrow) it's not a big difference, but taste and price are the same so.... Calorie Mate has only one flavour, apple. A careful examination shows that it has a close resemblance to runny snot.
However if you try not to think about it, you can convince yourself it's applesauce. Actually it really doesn't taste that bad.
