4 more days until I head back home for a much needed vacation from
the Big Orange. Some of the things I'm looking forward to include
eating Christmas dinner. Every year my mom outdoes herself making
Christmas dinner and I usually eat enough for three people. However,
this year it seems that my sister Cathy wants to try! Can she be
trusted not to burn the turkey? Make fluffy mashed potatoes and
crispy yet moist stuffing? I'll keep my fingers crossed and let
you know.
Can you find Turkeys in Japan? A few stores might carry small ones
but they're horribly expensive. Japanese people are usually satisfied
with a chicken. Most have never tried turkey in their lives!
